We collect what you send us directly: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and any message you write. The forms on this site open your own email client and you press send, so nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it. The profile checker runs entirely in your browser, and your answers and score are never transmitted to us.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested audits and materials, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
What you send arrives as email and lives in our mailbox, where only the circlz team reads it. There is no separate database behind this site. We keep it for as long as the conversation you started is live, or as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at founders@circlz.ai.
This site sets no cookies of its own. We run no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google and Google sees your IP address as part of that request. Booking a call uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and anything you type there is handled by Google under their terms. The site is built and hosted through Lovable, which processes ordinary server request data on our behalf.
